Membership statement regarding the manufacturer's own take-back system for portable batteries of the Stiftung GRS Batterien

As a manufacturer and/or distributor of portable batteries, you can herewith provide your Stiftung GRS Batterien membership statement.

 

Before signing the contract, please ensure that your company is a manufacturer and/or distributor within the meaning of the Battery Act (BattG § 2 Para. 15 and 16; BattG - unofficial table of contents (gesetze-im-internet.de).

However, if you wish to participate in the take-back of portable batteries, you can register here to find out about your participation options.

To join the Stiftung GRS Batterien (GRS Basic) take-back system, please complete our form in full. An overview is displayed on the last page of the form (prior to "Submit") so that you can check your details before submitting your membership statement.
 You can correct input errors using the "Back" button. You can request a current list of disposal costs by sending an email to vertrieb@  avoid-unrequested-mailsgrs-batterien.de.

Stiftung GRS Batterien take-back system is not profit-orientated.
 We require your bank details in order to be able to pay you the surpluses accruing to you as a user. 

 



 

If you do not wish to participate in the SEPA direct debit scheme for the payment of your waste disposal fees, deactivate the option

 "Issue SEPA direct debit mandate". Settings can be amended in our portal at a later date.

I hereby confirm

2 Once the contract has been signed, the contract text is not stored by Stiftung GRS Batterien (GRS) and is not accessible to the customer. 
Sending the contract documents does not constitute a legally valid contract with GRS.
 GRS will, immediately after receipt of the documents, send an electronic confirmation of receipt to the email address given in the contact details with a request for confirmation. 
After receipt of the confirmation by GRS, a contract is concluded as soon as GRS transmits the access data for the manufacturer account to the customer.
